TRIP HIGHLIGHTS
Bled
Our adventure begins at the beautiful Lake Bled, one of the most famous Slovenian tourist destinations. This emerald green lake, surrounded by mountains and with an island in the middle, offers an idyllic scene. You can enjoy a ride on a traditional Pletna boat to the islet or visit Bled Castle, which offers a spectacular view of the entire lake and its surroundings.
Waterfall Peričnik
Our first stop in the adventure of alpine wonders will be the stunning Peričnik waterfall. After gazing into the distance at one of the highest waterfalls in Slovenia, we will not only take a short walk directly to it, we will experience it walk behind him.
Špik and Iulian Alps view
Our second stop is the magnificent Špik, one of the most beautiful peaks of the Julian Alps. With its height of 2,472 meters, Špik offers incredible panoramic views. As we climb towards its foot, you will be enchanted by the diverse flora and fauna of this alpine area.
Source of Sava River at Zelenci
Next station will be a recognizable icon of the park, the Zelenci springs. This is where the Sava Dolinka river rises to the surface for the second time. An extremely clean and cold stream springs from the marl deposits, which gives the springs of Zelenci the widely known emerald color.
Planica ski jump
We continue towards Planica, home of the largest ski jump in the world. Here you can see the imposing structure that hosts numerous world records in ski flights. You will learn about the history of ski jumping in Planica, and you can also visit the tower of the ski jump for an incredible view.
Lake Jasna - Swimming in the summer
Our last stop is the peaceful Jasna Lake, known for its crystal clear water. Surrounded by mountains and greenery, it is an ideal place for relaxation. In summer, you can enjoy a refreshing swim or a walk along the coast. Lake Jasna is the perfect end to our day of exploring alpine wonders.
